Dodie Askegard, Director
Trained with Minnesota Dance Theatre, Ballet West, San Francisco Ballet, and in New York with Maggie Black. She danced professionally with Minnesota Dance Theatre, Spokane Ballet and various individual artistic groups. Dodie is currently the Artistic Director of Theatre Ballet of Spokane. She trained as a teacher with Pacific Northwest Ballet and Minnesota Dance Theatre. Dodie has been teaching ballet and modern dance for 20 years.

Sara Donally
Began her training in Spokane with Spokane Ballet and later with Ballet Arts Academy, Pacific Northwest Ballet and Milwaukee Ballet. Sara toured and performed with Alberta Ballet and Ballet Theatre Lexington, Kentucky. She is currently on faculty at Ballet Arts Academy.

Pam Erickson
Originally from Southern California, Pamela began her training and performing career with the Santa Barbara Ballet Company. A versatile performer, Pamela has performed around the world in Broadway revues aboard the M. S. Crystal Harmony. She also has danced professionally with the San Francisco Dance Theatre, Chamber Dance Ba!let Company SF and the Sphinx Jazz-Ballet Company of Vienna, Austria.

Karen Kraft
Karen (Kromholtz) Kraft began her training in Spokane with Thelma Young and  Bill Earl. She later trained at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York joining Joffrey II, and later with the Joffrey Ballet.  Highlights of her career included working with Robert Joffrey, Anthony Tudor, Jaques D'Amboise, Choo San Goh, and performing for the President of the United States (Ronald Reagan).  She has a BA in Dance from the University of Washington, and lives in Spokane with her husband and four children.
